Licensing
If you license one or more pattern designs by lenes_linien, you are permitted to use them under specific terms that we set forth together in a licensing agreement. This allows you to produce and sell products with my designs on them on a professional level, while I receive a design fee and/or a small commission for every item sold.

Licenses can be obtained for a combination of

regions and

periods of time.

Please note:
As the designer, I remain the owner of the design and retain all copyrights. I reserve the right to use the design for any purposes not covered in the license agreement. For instance, if you hold an exclusive license for using the design on gift wrap, I can still license it for other categories, such as wallpaper, during that licensing period.

IMPORTANT:
To sell the products you've manufactured using fabric you ordered from Spoonflower or any Print on demand platforms, you do NOT require a license!
NON-EXCLUSIVE LICENSE With a non-exclusive license, you're granted the right to use my design in a single category for a predetermined period. The design will remain available for others to purchase on platforms like Spoonflower, where it can be printed on fabric, wallpaper, and various items. Additionally, it may be licensed non-exclusively to other companies.
EXCLUSIVE LICENSE An exclusive license ensures that no one else can license this design under the same terms for a mutually agreed duration. This could be exclusive to a particular product type or a specific geographic region.
Costs and Contracts
I calculate costs individually, based on industry standards and considering the size of your business, number of estimated sales, whether or not a design fee is paid and which license type is chosen. Where do I find Design IDs?
Design IDs are specific for every design and its colorway, for example:
"LLSD134 B"
LLSD134 is the ID of a specific design, B the colorway or variant.
You can find this info for every design in the grid view below or on the detail page of each design, highlighted in green!
